Thanksgiving just ended and with-in a months time Christmas will be here and the start of a new year. It’s been a busy year for me and a lot has been going on at DesignHammer. Between moving into our new office and a some what endless amount of projects that continue to come our way, it has left little time for much anything else.
But I think some of the biggest changes have been more in my personial life and most of all my family… some good, some bad.
- Nicole and I moved into our new home in March and what a difference from where we use to live. The best part being we’re much closer to evrything than we used to be. (good news)
- My Father sells his Auto-body business that he and my Uncle started over 35 years ago. (good news and bad, depends how you look at it. At least Dad is less stressed!)
- My brother is forced to close his High Performance Auto Parts store. But did manage to find a job he loves and is much more dependable. (good news)
- Gram Yonnetti fell twice and is now in a nersing home; probably for the rest of her life. (bad news)
- And then my other Grandmother also fell and decided it was time for her to move into assisted living; which is a hugde step for her. – It must suck to get old. (bad news)
- And finially my Mother renews her wedding vows with her husband. (good news)
- will add more if I think of any…
At least the good out weighs the bad.
