a perfect circle

Nicole and I went to go see a perfect circle last Thursday at the RBC Center in Raleigh and it was awesome! Being the huge TOOL fan that I am, there was no way I could miss this show. Maynard was hidden in the background as usual, but as the show progressed you could see a little more of him creeping out from the shadows after each song. And of course the entire band performed and sounded excellent. The heavier songs even sounded much better live then the recorded CD version.
The opening act was a band called the Burning Brides; I’m not really sure if I liked them or not.
